The Poughkeepsie Run Team, including the City of Poughkeepsie Softball/Baseball League and As One Flight, LLC, is dedicated to enhancing mental wellness for all ages, empowering individuals to thrive.

In light of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, this initiative holds added significance for the community. We encourage individuals of all ages to participate.
