Pony Express Trail Run

This race will lead you through the scenic and historic Pony Express Trail. The 100 mile course takes runners 58.5 miles out to Fish Springs National Wildlife Refuge and back, while the 50 mile course finishes at Blackrock. Both routes require a support crew to provide food and hydration along the way.

Course Information

The route is primarily dirt roads with approximately 3,000 feet of elevation change, suitable for both first-time ultra-runners and those aiming for personal records. A general direction for both races is to “head west,” and signs will guide you along the legendary Pony Express Trail.

100 Miler - $185.14 ($207.85 after Dec 31)
50 Miler - $128.38 ($151.08 after Dec 31)
