Event Overview

Burn those thighs before those pies! Join your fellow pilgrims on Thanksgiving Day morning for a one mile fun run and a 5K run/walk in downtown Waco! This is a great opportunity to enjoy quality family time during the holiday season.

  November 27, 2024, 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Fuzzy's Tacos, 215 S University Parks
• Race Day:
  November 28, 2024, Indian Spring Park, Waco Suspension Bridge, 101 N. University Parks, Waco, Texas 76701
• 6:30 AM - 8:15 AM: Packet Pickup
• 8:00 AM: One Mile Fun Run/Walk
• 8:30 AM: 5K Timed Run/Walk (USATF certified course)
• 9:30 AM: Awards Ceremony

Courses and Prices

• 5K - Timed Run/Walk: Distance: 5K, Price: $30.00 - $50.00 (includes t-shirt, guaranteed if registered by November 15, 2024)
• 1 Mile Non-Timed Fun Run/Walk: Distance: 1 Mile, Price: $25.00 - $45.00 (includes t-shirt, guaranteed if registered by November 15, 2024)
• Kids 10 and Under: Untimed, Price: $25.00
• Who's Your Side Dish?: Untimed option, no shirt, Distance: 5K, Price: $25.00

Additional Information

Shirts are ordered on November 15th; you must be registered by then to be guaranteed your shirt and size. Register early to avoid the inconvenience fee on race day! Awards for the best Thanksgiving costume will be given!
