Quad Dipsea

Welcome to the Quad Dipsea, an exhilarating 28.4-mile trail run that takes you through the stunning landscapes of Mill Valley, California. This event is not for the faint of heart, featuring approximately 9,000 feet of vertical gain packed into the course.

Course Details

The race begins at Old Mill Park and quickly ascends through three flights of stairs, leading you into the beautiful Muir Woods. Experience the thrill of running through diverse terrains, including steep hills and scenic trails named 'Dynamite', 'The Hogsback', and 'Cardiac'.

Event Schedule

The race starts at 7:30 AM sharp, with various cutoffs throughout the course to ensure safety and organization. Aid stations will be available at key points to support runners.

Registration Information

Registration is open until November 15, 2024, and the cost is $136.31, which includes all taxes and fees. Please note that refunds are only available until October 15, 2024.
