Course Information

The Rainbow Trail Run consists of a 12K loop around Earl Rowe Provincial Park. It features a relatively flat terrain with one short climb, making it suitable for novice and experienced trail runners.

Virtual Run Option

Participate virtually and receive a custom medal and socks, with shipping included for Canadian addresses starting at $56.71.

Aid Stations

The race will have two aid stations providing water, electrolytes, fruits, and snacks. This is a cup-free event, so participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable containers.

Post-Race

Finishers will receive a unique rainbow spinner medal, and additional goodies will be awarded based on performance. Join us for a BBQ celebration after the event!
