Range of Light Trail Races

Event Overview

On Saturday, October 25, 2025, participants can choose between 50k, 33k, 10k, and 5k races at Millpond, Bishop, California. These races showcase some of the best trail and dirt road running in the Eastern Sierra, making them ideal for any runner looking to finish their season strong or support our fantastic Search and Rescue Team.

The Courses

• 5k: A fun loop out of Millpond, family and pet-friendly.
• 10k: A more challenging loop, includes elevation and beautiful views.
• 33k and 50k: A rewarding training run that includes steep climbs with spectacular views and multiple aid stations to support you along the way.

Aid Stations

Aid stations will be well-stocked to provide runners with fruit, snacks, and heartier fare. Each distance will have its own number of aid stations.

Cutoffs

All distances must be completed by 6:00 PM. Various aid station checkpoints will also have time limits.

Registration

Pricing at registration includes options for adults and youth across all distances, available until two days prior to the race. Same-day registration is available for 5k and 10k distances.

Location and Logistics

The race starting and finishing location is Millpond County Recreation area, easily accessible from highway 395. Options for camping and hotels are available for those traveling to Bishop.

Rules and Regulations

Runners must wear visible bibs during the race, adhere to course markings, and uphold outdoor ethics such as no littering or music on course.
