Rich Weiss Race April 27

Event Details

The Rich Weiss Race will be held on April 27, 2025, at the CCE Paddling Club whitewater race site at Tamihi Rapids, Chilliwack River. All participants race without slalom boats and many choose plastic boats.

Cost: Flat rate of $20 CAD for all participants. Cash only on race day.

Practice: Open practice with course set will be available from Thursday evening through Saturday.

Camping: The Club has not booked a campsite at Tamihi Rapids. For campsite bookings, visit: Sites and Trails BC

Driving Directions: Follow Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 1) East from Vancouver, take Exit 119 onto Vedder Road, turn left at Chilliwack Lake Road and drive 12 km. The site is located directly on the left after crossing the Tamihi Bridge. Note that cell reception is limited.
