Ride the Wilderness

Event Overview

Ride the Wilderness is a Mountain Bike Ride on the West Coast Wilderness Trail on Saturday 15th November 2025. Riders will have the opportunity to enjoy the stunning scenery of the West Coast while racing along this fantastic trail.

Event Distances:

• Ross to Greymouth: 126km - Start Time: 8:00am
• Hokitika to Greymouth: 95km - Start Time: 9:00am
• Cowboy Paradise to Greymouth: 59km - Start Time: 10:00am
• Kumara to Greymouth: 21km - Start Time: 11:00am

Participation Options:

Enter as an individual from any of the four locations, or as a team of two from Cowboy Paradise or Ross, or a team of four or two from Ross. This event is suitable for elite riders as well as first-time participants.
