Run for the Roses 5K, 1K Walk, & Virtual 5K

Event Details

Don’t miss the Run for the Roses 5K and 1K Walk! Runners will start and finish in the beautiful K-State Gardens, take a lap on the track inside the historic World War I football field, and cruise by Anderson Hall, the Student Union, and Ahearn Fieldhouse.

The USATF Certified 5K is a surprisingly flat, fast course! First, second, and third place winners will receive a beautiful glazed purple pot with a rose-shaped succulent plant! Sorry, no dogs on the course.

Virtual runners can use any 5K course to run between April 24 and April 30. Time yourself and submit results by following the "click here" link near the QR code in your registration confirmation e-mail.
