Run with Her Presented by Shoppers Drug Mart

Lace up your running shoes and come support a great cause as we raise awareness and funds for the Welcome Centre Shelter. The race will take place on September 29th at 9:30 am at McHugh Park. Additional parking is available at WFCU Centre.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting, runners and walkers of all skill levels are welcome. The course will take you through scenic routes in the park, and we'll have an aid station along the way to keep you hydrated. Every registration includes a Dri-fit race shirt and every finisher receives a Run With Her medal.

In addition to the race, there will be a 1K Kids Run with fun activities for participants and their families to enjoy. After the run, there will be music, food, and prizes, as well as the opportunity to meet and connect with other community members.
