Shivery Icy Trail Run

Embrace the chill and tackle the Shivery Icy Trail Run (ShITR) at the scenic Creve Coeur Park! Whether you're up for a brisk 1 mile, 5k, 10k, or a challenging half marathon, this race offers something for everyone. The courses wind around the picturesque Mallard Lake, featuring a mix of paved paths and easygoing non-technical trails.

Finishers will enjoy a cozy winter hat, hot drinks, and live music to keep the post-race vibes warm. A portion of the proceeds supports the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation - Mid-America Chapter, so you’ll be running for a great cause.
