Stars and Strides - Minneapolis

Join us on July 4, 2025 for the Stars and Strides Minneapolis event. Participate in our 5K and 10K races around the beautiful Lake Harriet. The event features:

• 5K Run starting at 8:30 a.m. near the Lake Harriet Bandshell.
• 10K Run starting at 8:30 a.m. near the bandshell, two laps around Lake Harriet.
• Kids Run starts at 8:10 a.m. for ages 10 and under, covering 0.40 miles. Includes a shirt and finisher medal!

Registration fees:

• Kids Run: $25.00 (Age 10 and under)
• 5K Virtual: $39.00
• 5K Run: $35.50 - $49.50 (depends on registration date)
• 10K Run: $45.50 - $59.50 (depends on registration date)

Race kits will begin shipping June 25th. Shipping available for US residents only.
