Step Up for Mental Health

Step Up for Mental Health - with Cameco as presenting sponsor - returns on September 22, 2024, in Saskatoon. Join us for a 5km or 10km run/walk along the scenic river route. Virtual participation option available. All proceeds support mental health programs in Saskatchewan.

DISTANCES/COURSES

We are offering a 5km and 10km run/walk in downtown Saskatoon on a flat and scenic course along the river. There is also a virtual option for those unable to attend in-person in Saskatoon. All net proceeds will be directed to mental health support programs in Saskatchewan.

EARLY-BIRD PRICING

A special $55 early-bird price for all distances (in-person and virtual) is available until June 7th.

SWAG

As always, we are offering great swag - but there are some changes this year: A) We are offering a high-quality sweatshirt instead of a bunny hug B) To keep registration fees as low as possible and provide as much money as possible to mental health programs, we are not including a technical shirt as part of the $55 fee. However, all participants who access the early-bird period have the option to purchase a Step Up technical training t-shirt for $19.99.

IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL

We’re again offering a virtual option but please note that virtual registration will be limited to the first 1,000 registrants.
