Sunday, December 8 is a GOOD DAY to HAVE A PR!!! A Pettit Race that is! We're doing both a 5k distance and a One Hour run off-season mojo on a super fast track (Hint: no wind/no hills).

We will run as far as you can in one hour! Compete against others and push yourself farther and faster as the clock counts down.

This year's Swag is an Ugly Sweater themed Long Sleeve Shirt.

Schedule

• 7:15 am – Registration and Bib Pickup for 5k race
• 7:45 am – 5k race
• 8:00 am – Registration and Bib Pickup for One Hour race
• 9:00 am – One hour race
• 10:10 am – Kids Race - 1 lap
• 10:20 am – Post Race Party!

Courses

• 5k Strider PR - 5000 meters, Prices: $30 Member/$35 non-member through 10/27/24, increases thereafter
• One Hour Strider PR - Distance: Variable, Prices: $30 Member/$35 non-member through 10/27/24, increases thereafter
• Kids Lap Strider PR - Distance: 400 meters, Price: $1
• Virtual Strider PR - Distance: Variable, Prices: $25 through Nov 10 / $35 through Dec 7

Charity Support

This race is a way Striders support our local charities. We are collecting new toys for the Milwaukee Rescue Mission to distribute to local children. Please bring an unwrapped toy!

Aid Station

Runners must bring their own water bottles as open cups are not allowed near the track due to spillage concerns. Volunteers will refill your bottles with water or Gatorade.

Music & Entertainment

For safety reasons, headphones will not be allowed. Music will be played via a speaker system. Requests will be welcomed.

Awards

Overall awards for the top 3 Male and Female in both the 5k and One Hour events, along with age group awards.
