Summer Shores 5K/8K

Event Details

The Summer Shores 5K/8K will take place at the Edgewater Pavilion in Confederation Beach Park on Monday, September 1, 2025.

Participants can choose to run or walk either a 1KM, 5KM, or an 8KM course, all starting and ending at the Edgewater Pavilion. Early registrants will receive a complimentary running belt!

All proceeds from the 1KM event will go directly to support Community Living Grimsby, Lincoln, and West Lincoln, with options for additional donations during registration.

• 1KM Race Start: 9:00 AM
• 5KM and 8KM Race Start: 9:30 AM

Registration Fees

• 1KM: $5 + $25 donation to Community Living Grimsby
• In-Person 5K: $65.00 (Late pricing: $70.00 after August 25)
• In-Person 8K: $75.00 (Late pricing: $80.00 after August 25)
• Virtual 5K: $45.00
• Virtual 8K: $60.00

Parking

Limited parking is available within Confederation Beach Park. Arrive early to secure a parking spot and allow time for registration and warm-up.

Additional Information

Strollers are permitted, but dogs are not allowed. The event will proceed rain or shine unless extreme weather conditions arise.
