Event Overview

Welcome to Summit North! An event that brings people together for a weekend of races on some of the Midwest's most beautiful trails.

Friday kicks off with the Hill Climb, where runners will test their lungs and legs on Spirit Mountain. Saturday includes the Mountain Lap | 5K, The Creeks | 8 Mile, and Forest Track | Heavy Half Marathon - quintessential Duluth trail running that features rocky and rooty climbs, creek crossings, and a plunge through Ely's Tunnel.

Runners of all levels will enjoy fun and challenging courses with amazing views. Join us this August for what we hope will become classic summer races!

• Hill Climb & Descent: 1.5 Miles ($27.00)
• Hill Climb & Descent - Juniors: 1 Miles ($20.00)
• Mountain Lap: 3.2 Miles ($35.00 - $45.00)
• The Creeks: 8.3 Miles ($48.00 - $58.00)
• Forest Track: 13.5 Miles ($60.00 - $70.00)
• Kids Trail Run (Ages 7-12): Free
• Guided Hike (2-Hour): Free
