Sunset Scramble

Event Details

The Sunset Scramble is an exciting running event hosted by Fit & Able at Bond Park, Cary, NC. Participants can choose from multiple race distances: 5K, 10K, 15K, and several virtual options. This event is designed for runners, walkers, strollers, and all skill levels.

Course Information

All races will utilize a straightforward 5K course. Longer distances will consist of multiple laps with split times provided at each lap for 5K, 10K, and 15K participants.

Registration

Registration for the in-person race is open until April 4, 2025. Virtual races run from March 20 to April 5, 2025. Each participant receives a Sunset Scramble shirt, finishers medal, and a gift if registered by March 23, 2025.

Prizes and Awards

Earn awards in multiple categories, including overall, age group, and lap splits. A chance to win up to $8,000 in prizes awaits participants!

Timetable

Staggered starts begin at 5:00 PM with the last race closing at 7:00 PM. All participants are encouraged to consider their race pace when selecting distances.
