The BIG CHILL 2025

Event lasts 9 hours. Embrace winter & raise funds to support youth-at-risk! Join us February 22 at The 10th BIG CHILL!

Choose your distance: 5kms, 15kms or 30kms – set on mixed terrain wooded trails in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Gather a group or make it a family thing! Kids 12 & under are free (with the registration of an accompanying adult for 5kms route). First Responders receive 50% off.

Funds raised from The BIG CHILL support youth-at-risk in Annapolis County. Each snowshoer must reach their fundraising minimum to participate, but more is encouraged:

• 5kms - minimum $300/person
• 15kms & 30kms - minimum $500/person

Registration includes:

• Access to 5kms, 15kms or 30kms trails on North Mountain
• Pre-event safety report & meeting
• On-the-trail event support
• BIG CHILL swag kit
• Participation recognition at finish line
• Post-event warm meal & beverages

There are three registration options for The BIG CHILL:

• $60 - Adult snowshoer
• $30 - First responder snowshoer
• $0 - Youth snowshoer 12 & under accompanied by adult for 5kms route
