Tidewater Strider Dismal Swamp 100K/50K/Marathon and 100K Relay

Welcome to the 5th Annual Dismal Swamp 100K / 50K / Marathon and 100K Relay

The races take place on our USATF Certified Course, ranked the fastest course in Virginia! Huge Boston Qualifying opportunity!

Course Details

• 100K starts at 6:00 AM
• 50K & Marathon start at 6:45 AM
• 15-hour time limit (finish line closes at 9 PM)
• The 50K consists of 4 loops, while the 100K is 8 loops of 3.88 miles each way
• The Marathon course is 6.55 miles up and back, 2 loops

Aid Stations and Amenities

There will be a full aid station at the start/finish line with food, water, and sports drinks. Additionally, unmanned water stations will be available on the ultramarathon course for the 100K and 50K after the marathon is completed.

Finisher Rewards

All finishers will receive a medal, hoodie sweatshirt, and long-sleeve shirt. Runners qualifying for Boston will receive a special BQ shirt!

Registration

Registration is available on race day up until the race starts. Paper entry forms are not available.
