Tower Tag Challenge

Welcome to the Tower Tag Challenge! This exciting event will take place on December 7, 2024, at the iconic Sleeping Giant State Park in Hamden, Connecticut. Known for its stunning views and diverse trails, the park offers a unique running experience.

Event Details

The challenge features two options: an 8-hour and a 4-hour race. Participants will run up and down the Tower Trail, a smooth carriage road that ascends over 600 feet in 1.5 miles to the Observation Tower. Each loop is approximately 3.4 miles, and runners can choose how many loops to complete within their time limit.

Registration Information

Registration is open until December 6, 2024, at 6:00 PM ET. A portion of the registration fees will support the Sleeping Giant Park Association. Please note that there are no refunds or transfers of registration.

Post-Race Celebration

After the race, enjoy food and beverages, including offerings from Athletic Brewing Company. Celebrate your achievement and cheer on fellow runners!

Awards and SWAG

All finishers will receive a specially designed medal, and additional awards will be given to the top three male and female runners in each event.
