TRI-MY-WAY

This is a unique twist on the traditional triathlon, where participants complete the following:

• 1500-yard swim
• 24-mile bike ride
• 24-mile run

You can start anytime between January 2nd and January 16th and go at your own pace. Athletes will be provided with a weekly workout guide to help stay focused and on track.

Event Breakdown:

• Swim: 1500 yards at any of the three participating rec centers
• Bike: 24 miles in the spin studio at Central Park or on an indoor bike (available at all three rec centers)
• Run: 24 miles on the indoor track at Hiawatha Davis or on a treadmill at any of the three rec centers

Prizes awarded to the top three finishers in each group!
