Trinona - Test

Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic race courses. Swim beneath the Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, then head out for some country cycling, finishing with a flat, fast run along beautiful Lake Winona and ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell.

We also offer a run - bike - run Duathlon that will follow our Sprint run and bike courses. New for 2024! We are offering two Aquabike events. We will have a Short Course race that will follow our Sprint swim and Bike routes and an Intermediate Course race that will follow the International Swim and Bike routes.

Age restrictions
- Participants must reach the age of 18 by 12/31/2024 to participate in the International and International Aquabike Divisions.
