Event Overview

Uforea, a play on "euphoria" (runner's high) and "Uwharrie Forest," offers runners a distinctive two-part race format. The event features both a daytime and a nighttime race with an 11-hour and 12-hour cutoff respectively.

• DAYTIME 50K: Starts at 8:00 AM
• NIGHTTIME 50K: Starts at 8:00 PM

Location

Uforea takes place at 4176 NC-24, Mt Gilead, NC 27306, within the beautiful Uwharrie National Forest.

Registration Information

Registration closes on Saturday, April 12 at 11:59 PM ET. Limited spots available: Ultimate Uforea has a 100 participant limit; DAYTIME ONLY and NIGHTTIME ONLY each have a 50 participant limit.

Awards

Overall awards will be presented for the top 3 male and female finishers for each race category as well as combined times for the Ultimate Uforea.

Refund Policy

50% refunds will be issued until January 1st, 2025 for any registered entrants who request to withdraw. No full refunds or bib transfers will be offered.
