Walk, Run, Read for Literacy!

Event Details

We are back for another great year with a NEW date and a NEW location! Located at City Park in Coeur d'Alene, join us to kick off your fall event calendar with a fun HALLOWEEN-themed running event!

This race will benefit The Literacy Project of North Idaho, an organization dedicated to improving literacy skills in our community. As a volunteer-driven 501c3 nonprofit, we ensure that 100% of proceeds go to support our programs and learners.

Course Information

The course is an out-and-back loop on the Centennial trail, starting at City Park and continuing along the Idaho Centennial Trail. There will be an aid station along the route, with a turn-around point just before the 95 bridge. Children can also participate in the Kids Dash, a fun loop around the park!

Event Courses and Prices

• Costume 5K: 3.1 Miles, Price: $30.00
• Kids Dash: 1K, Price: $10.00
• Virtual Run: 5K, Price: $30.00
• Kids 6 and Under: Free Registration Option

Awards

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for the 5K, as well as medals for all participants in the Kids Dash!
