Event Overview

This beautiful race along the New Hampshire coast is not to be missed for amazing scenery and a great experience. Athletes rave about the stunning oceanfront views and scenic country roads on the bike and run course. Beginner triathletes will enjoy the flat roads while experienced triathletes will set new personal records!

Event Details

The Wallis Sands Triathlon takes place at Wallis Sands State Park in Rye, New Hampshire. Athletes can choose from various courses including:

• Sprint Triathlon
• Sprint Relay
• Duathlon
• Duathlon Relay
• Virtual Triathlon
• Virtual Duathlon

Swim and Bike Course

The ocean swim covers 1/3 mile in the Atlantic Ocean, and duathletes will perform a 1 mile out-and-back run for their first leg. The bike course is a 14.5 mile scenic loop in the town of Rye, with breathtaking views along Route 1A. The Sprint run is a 5K with a turnaround at Odiorne Point State Park.

Post-Race Festivities

Participants are encouraged to stay for the awards ceremony and post-race refreshments, creating a fun and social atmosphere for all athletes and their families.

Important Information

If you are not an annual member of USA Triathlon, a $15 one-day membership will be required during registration.
