White Squirrel Trot 5k Run/Walk or 1 Mile Walk

Event Details

Come and join us for Oberlin's own version of the traditional Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. This event will feature a 5K Run/Walk or a 1 Mile Fun Walk. The goal of this event is to bring friends and family together and enjoy an activity together while building community.

The event will start and finish in Tappen Square in downtown Oberlin. Each participant will receive a handmade 2024 Stoneware Pottery White Squirrel Medal, which also makes a great Christmas ornament. Early registrants will receive a cotton blend short-sleeve event shirt to showcase their white squirrel pride!

Event Schedule:

• Registration/Packet Pick-up: 8 am - 8:45 am
• Day of Event Registration Price: $33 (cash or card)
• 5k Run & Walk, 1-mile walk starts at: 9 am
• Timing: Gun start

Awards:

Awards will immediately follow finish on a rolling basis, with prizes for the First overall Female & Male and top 3 age group awards for ages: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
