Register for the 6 Day Running Camp for just $40.00!

Schedule:

• Monday, January 27th: 4-6 PM
• Tuesday, January 28th: 4-6 PM
• Wednesday, January 29th: 4-6 PM
• Thursday, January 30th: 4-6 PM
• Friday, January 31st: 4-6 PM
• Saturday, February 1st: 8-10 AM

What Students Will Experience:

• Proper warmup drills for running
• 20-30 minute run each day
• Mobility and flexibility training
• Runner-specific strength training for injury prevention
• Core strength and breathing techniques
• Running form and gear efficiency
• Nutrition planning & goal setting

All participants will receive a fun gear package with great running items for the upcoming season! Option to add a shirt for an additional $10 at checkout.
