2024 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend

The Philadelphia Marathon Weekend has the perfect event for seasoned or first time athletes. Our courses are scenic, fan-friendly and great for running. Join us for a weekend of running events including the Philadelphia Marathon, Half Marathon, Rothman Orthopaedics 8K, and Nemours Children's Run.

Event Schedule:

Friday (November 22, 2024): Race expo and packet pickup at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Saturday (November 23, 2024): Race expo and packet pickup at the Philadelphia Convention Center. Events include the Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon, Rothman Orthopaedics 8K, and Nemours Children's Run.

Sunday (November 24, 2024): AACR Philadelphia Marathon. Participants can also take on challenges like the Patriot Challenge, Independence Challenge, Liberty Bell Challenge, or Freedom Challenge.

Join AACR Runners for Research:

Make your miles mean more by joining the AACR Runners for Research team in their quest to defeat cancer. Official race shirts have been relabeled for a broader range of body types to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident in their race gear.

Teams and Donations:

Teams and donations are for AACR Runners For Research only. Check with your contact if you are running on behalf of an affiliate charity.

In-Training Gear:

Note that there is a $15 shipping and handling charge for in-training gear to Canada & Mexico. All other international in-training orders must be picked up at the Expo. Ensure your shipping address includes apartment or condo numbers for accurate delivery.
