2nd Annual Shamong Turkey Trot

Date: Saturday, November 16, 2024

Location: 295 Indian Mills Road, Shamong, NJ, 08088, US

The 5K race will be electronic chip timed with combined start and finish lines. Finisher medals will be awarded to age-groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Awards will be announced at 9:30am with live online race results available.

Registrations for the 5K received before 11:59pm on 11/5/24 will include a free t-shirt.

5K Run Details:

• Time: 8:30am - 9:30am
• Registration Fee: $25
• The race starts at the Indian Mills Memorial School parking lot, with the following course: left on Old Indian Mills Road, left on Grassy Lake, left on Stokes Road, left on Oakshade, and finally a left onto Old Indian Mills Road to finish back at the parking lot.

1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Details:

• Time: 8:00am - 8:30am
• Registration Fee: $15
• All participants will receive a participation award at the finish line.
• The Fun Run will take place on Indian Mills Memorial School property.

Participants are encouraged to arrive 15-20 minutes early to pick up their bib number at the registration tent.

This event is sponsored by Spirit of Shamong in collaboration with Girl Scout Troop 24713. Net proceeds will support Girl Scout take action projects in Shamong.
