8th Annual Seize the Day, Windsor 2.5K Walk and 5K Run

Join Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario for the 8th Annual Seize the Day Fundraiser at Vollmer Culture & Recreation Complex. All proceeds support vital services for individuals living with epilepsy in Southwestern Ontario.

This family-friendly event features a 5K run and a 2.5K walk, followed by a delicious BBQ. Whether you're participating to honor a loved one or raise awareness, we invite you to be part of this special day.

Vollmer Culture & Recreation Complex, 2121 Laurier Pkwy, Windsor, ON N9J 0B4. Accessible park with pavilion and trail.

Virtual Run/Walk

Participate from any location by completing your 2.5K or 5K between September 28-29. Share your photos on social media and download a participant certificate.

Registration and Fees

Register online for $30 or at the event for $40. Virtual participation is free. All in-person participants receive a T-shirt!
