Active Desi is a social group focused on fitness and well-being for South Asians in Charlotte, NC. This challenge, open to everyone, promotes a healthy lifestyle through active participation in community events.
About the Race
Our fourth event in the "Miles for Greater Good" series is a 7.77-mile race aimed at supporting our local hero, Smita Warrier, as she attempts to run 7 marathons in 7 continents in 7 days, raising funds for SAKHI, an organization aimed at educating girls in slums and rural regions of India.
