About the Event

Welcome to the Barkin' Mad Ultra, a unique event where you can run alongside your furry friends to support the Hair of the Dog Rescue. This event will take place on the 5th and 6th of October 2024 at the beautiful Rokeby Recreation Reserve in Victoria, Australia.

Event Details

The Barkin' Mad Ultra features a variety of races including a 2km walk/run, a 10km trail walk/run, a 20km trail run, and a challenging 50km ultra trail run. Participants are encouraged to bring their dogs along, as this event celebrates the bond between humans and their canine companions.

Fundraising Goals

Our goal is to raise $30,000 to support the Victorian Hair of the Dog Charity, which is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in need. By participating, you are helping to create a positive impact in the community and support local dog shelters.

Registration Information

Registration fees vary by race distance, with options starting at $35 for the 2km walk/run. All dogs must be on leads, and certain breed restrictions apply for the longer races to ensure the safety of all participants.
