Bay Bridge Walk/Run for a Cause - Walk the Walk Foundation

Join Walk the Walk Foundation for the 2nd Annual Walk/Run for a Cause in partnership with the official Bay Bridge Run. As a Walk the Walk Foundation team member you will make your miles count by supporting children in our community with essential items like diapers, school supplies and Christmas gifts. This is your only chance to run or walk across the majestic Chesapeake Bay Bridge which is typically closed to pedestrians. Uniquely fun, this 10K course will traverse the eastbound span of the bridge from Anne Arundel County to Kent Island in Queen Anne's County and finish with a huge post-race party! Walk the Walk Foundation's goal is to raise $50,000 to continue improving the quality of life to those we serve. During registration participants have the option to purchase a parking pass. There is no general parking available at the start or finish line. There are several parking pass options. Parking fee range from $15 to $20 per vehicle. Carpooling is suggested. Those wishing to be dropped off or who are able to walk from your hotel to a shuttle location are welcome to do so. THERE IS NO RACE DAY PURCHASING OF PARKING.
