About the Event
Welcome to the Black Mountain Turkey Burner Trail Race. Join us for the 8th Annual event on November 30, 2024, and burn off all that turkey (or tofurkey) you may have consumed over the holiday. All runners will start and finish at the Black Mountain Community Park.
Race Details
Both the Half and 10K will experience some major 'hill' climbing on very technical trails, while the 5K will feature less technical and more groomed dirt trail. All courses are 100% dirt trail with elevation gains up to 2000' for the Half Marathon. Limited to 450 runners. CARPOOLING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
