Brazos Bend 100

The Brazos Bend 100 is a trail running event taking place on December 7-8th, 2024. It is a Western States 100 Lottery Qualifier with a sub 30-hour 100-mile race. The course is known for being the fastest trail in Texas, with 99.9% flat terrain and minimal elevation changes. The race takes place in Brazos Bend State Park, known for its abundance of wildlife including birds and American Alligators. The park provides great conditions for running in December, with a mix of terrains including hard crushed rock, soft hiking trails, and smooth horse trails. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the wildlife from a distance and capture unique race photos.
