BTA Bermuda National Olympic Distance Championship

Join us for the BTA Bermuda National Olympic Distance Championship, a premier triathlon event. This exciting competition features a challenging course that includes a 1.5 km swim, a 40 km bike ride, and a 10 km run. Athletes will compete in various age groups, ensuring a competitive atmosphere for all participants.

Event Details

The event will take place at Clearwater Beach, St. David's. Number pickup will occur on race morning, and late registration will be available at that time. The Olympic award presentation is tentatively planned for 11:30 am.

Important Information

Wetsuits will not be allowed unless the water temperature is 72°F or below. Transition closes promptly 15 minutes prior to the race start. A swim cap is required, but not provided. Helmets are mandatory, and no bare torso is allowed on the bike or run. Drafting on the bike is prohibited, and participants must have a bike in good working order with an approved helmet.

Volunteers Needed

This event requires the help of several volunteers to ensure a safe and successful race. If you are able and willing to volunteer, please contact the Race Director. We are looking for volunteers to assist with setup and to serve as marshals for the bike and run course.
