EGUSD No Boundaries Couch-to-5K Training | Fall 2024

Event Dates: October 7 - November 30, 2024

First Group Practice: Wednesday, October 9 at 6:00 PM

Training sessions will be held:

• Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at Elk Grove High School, 8238 Laguna Blvd #200, Elk Grove, CA 95758
• Saturdays at 7:00 AM at Fleet Feet Elk Grove, 7460 Elk Grove Blvd #120, Elk Grove, CA 95758

Coaching and Program Features

Led by experienced coaches from Fleet Feet, you'll receive personalized coaching and support during each training run. This 8-week program includes:

• $15 Fleet Feet coupon
• Exclusive training program t-shirt
• Two coached group practices per week
• Daily training assignments covering running, cross training, and recovery
• Access to a weekly newsletter on training tips and techniques

Participants who attend at least 12 of the scheduled 16 sessions will receive a gift card prize from the EGUSD Wellness Program.

Eligibility and Registration

This program is specifically for EGUSD employees. Participants should be able to walk or run continuously for 1 mile. Prior medical clearance is required to ensure fitness for the exercise program.
