Fast and the Furriest 5K Turkey Trot

Event Details

The Fast and the Furriest 5K Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving Morning, Thursday November 28, 2024 at 8:30 am. All events will start and finish at the Music Pier located at 825 Boardwalk, Ocean City, NJ 08226.

Courses

• 5k Run - Distance: 5K, Price: $35.00
• 5k Walk - Distance: 5K, Price: $35.00
• 1 Mile Kids Fun Run - Distance: 1 Mile, Price: $20.00

Course Description

The 5k Run and Walk will be held on the Ocean City Boardwalk, starting at the Music Pier, heading south to 23rd Street for a turnaround, and returning to the Music Pier.

The 1M Kids Fun Run will consist of a loop from the Music Pier to 5th Street and back.

SWAG

Participants will receive a race T-shirt while supplies last.

Itinerary

Wednesday:
In-person Registration & Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up at OC Senior Center, 1735 Simpson Ave #5, Ocean City, NJ 08226 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Thursday:
In-person Registration & Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up begins at 7:00 am at Music Pier, followed by the race at 8:30 am.

Awards

Prizes will be awarded to the top participants in various categories for each event.

Additional Information

Important: Ocean City ordinances prohibit dogs on the Boardwalk at any time. Refreshments will be provided after the race. All events will be held rain or shine.
