Welcome to the first run club of our 4 run series!
When: 18:00 meet, 18:20 start!
Where: 20 York Road, Waterloo, SE1 7ND
What: Get talking and raise awareness for men's health issues, particularly prostate cancer and mental health. It's a casual, inclusive 5k run for all fitness levels. You can choose your own pace. And hey, there will be some Jubels and ESN goodies at the end for all to enjoy!
After the run, there will be some of us heading to a pub nearby, all welcome!
