Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie's 2024 Grateful Gallop 5K to Benefit Dutchess Outreach

Event Details

On Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 9 AM, participants will hit the pavement for a timed 5K to benefit Dutchess Outreach.

The race will start and end at Stringham Park, Lagrangeville.

Race Registration Fees

• $30 (+Run Signup fees) through Thursday, November 28
• $35 (+Run Signup fees) on Friday, November 29
• $40 (+Run Signup fees) on race day, November 30

Course Details

The 5K course is a timed run that begins with a loop around the pond, exiting the park by making a left on Stringham Road, then follows Vincent, turns right on Exeter, and loops back onto Stringham Road, ending with another lap around the pond.

What to Bring

We will collect donations for Dutchess Outreach on race day. Items needed include:

• Non-perishable food items
• Diapers and baby wipes
• Baby formula
• Unopened personal hygiene items

Swag

The first 100 participants will receive a BOCO pom-pom hat and custom handmade finishers' medals will be awarded to pre-registered participants.
