Green Acres Memorial 5K for Education

Join us for the Green Acres Memorial 5K for Education, a run to support scholarships for future educators. This event is dedicated to the memory of Evyonne and Bill Johns, whose careers spanned public, private, university, and international advocacy for young people everywhere.

Event Details

The Green Acres Memorial 5K will take place at 2085 Barnett Shoals Road, Athens, GA. Participants can choose to run in person or join the virtual option. The course distance is 3.1 miles (approximately 4999 meters).

Registration

Registration fees are $25 for the virtual 5K and range from $25 to $30 for the in-person event. All funds raised will go towards scholarships for students entering post-secondary studies in the field of education.
