Event Overview

This early season classic returns for another year! The Hagg Mud 50K/25K has challenged runners who like getting muddy since 2001. Starting at Henry Hagg Lake in Scoggins Valley Park, near Gaston, Oregon, you will experience a fantastic course with lovely views and excellent trails. In 2025, both the 25k and 50k will be run entirely on Saturday with staggered starts, so choose between one loop or two!

Registration Details

Registration is open until February 13, 2025. The registration fee includes 3 well-stocked aid stations, post-race party, and fun events. Day-of-race registration will be available in person if spots are available.

Course Descriptions

50K Race: Starts at 7:00 AM, features two loops around Hagg Lake, with a cutoff of 17:10 minutes per mile.

25K Race: Starts at 8:30 AM, follows a single loop with the same cutoff time as the 50K.

The event recognizes that these races occur on the ancestral lands of the Kalapuya, Clatskanie, and Atfalati tribes.
