Harvestfest 5k

Join us for the first annual 5k in Hungry Horse, Montana! This beautiful course will take you on a gravel road right next to the South Fork of the Flathead River. It will be one of the prettiest runs you have done this year! The race will start at 11:00am on Saturday, October 19th at Canyon Elementary School in Hungry Horse, Montana and is an out and back course. Race participants are encouraged to walk or run the course. Strollers are welcome, but please note, that a section of the course is on a gravel road so be prepared!

Race Details

The Harvestfest 5k is an official chip-timed race with awards given to the top male and female winners in the following categories: 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Packet Pick Up can be done at the Columbia Falls Area Chamber Office on Friday, October 18th between 8:30-3:00pm. Same-day packet pick-up is allowed the day of the race from 8:30-10:30 am, but we highly recommend participants pick up their packet the day before. Swag is guaranteed for participants who sign up before October 4th.

After Race Events

Stick around after your race for a children's fun run, costume parade, dessert auction, pie eating contest, kid's crafts, games and activities, chili cook-off, cornbread competition, FREE chili lunch, yard games, and more fall activities! Event runs from 11:00am-3:00pm.

Support

Proceeds for the Harvestfest 5k support the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and a portion will be donated to the West Glacier Elementary School to support school programs, materials, and projects.
