IRC Fight Like a Kid Walk/Run Relay

This is the inaugural IRC St. Jude Walk Run Relay or individual race to bring awareness to Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!

The race will be walking or running loops around Yoctangee Park. The laps can be done as a relay team or as individuals.

Registration fees are $40 per 4 person relay team and $25 per individual. Click on register and it will ask if you want to form or join a team. The first person to form a team will pay the $40 fee, when you click join, it will not charge you.

Laps will begin at 5 o'clock pm and end at 6:30 pm with awards to follow. Awards will be given to the Top Team, Top Female Team, Top Mixed Team, Top Individual Male Runner and Walker, and Top Individual Female Runner and Walker.

Race organizers are raising money for St Jude Children's Research Hospital. As St Jude Heroes, local runners are running the New York Marathon in November and have committed to fundraising for St. Jude. No family ever receives a bill for treatment at St Jude. In addition to treatment, St Jude provides a place to stay, meals, and helps pay travel expenses for families so all they have to worry about is the care of their child.
