Jed Smith Ultra Classic

Event Details

The Jed Smith Ultra Classic will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025. The courses are USATF certified and nearly identical to the record-setting course used for the 2011 World Masters Championship Marathon. Participants will enjoy a scenic run on paved bike paths and dirt trails.

Registration Information

Online registration will open on November 11, 2023, and close on January 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Early Bird registration will be available and prices will increase at various dates leading up to the race. Be sure to register early to secure your spot!

Race Day Details

Packet pick-up will occur on race day from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM in the Start/Finish line area. Start times are as follows:

• 50 Miler - 7:30 AM
• 50K - 8:30 AM
• Marathon - 8:30 AM
• 30K - 9:30 AM
• Half Marathon - 9:30 AM

Aid Stations

Aid stations will be available, stocked with refreshments such as soda, water, GU sports drink, single-serve candy, and more. Participants are encouraged to bring their own cups.

Parking and Access

Free parking will be available at the AR Parkway – Watt Ave River Access Park. Participants are encouraged to carpool due to expected high attendance.

Important Notices

Runners must adhere to local bike path rules: runners and pedestrians on the left side, bikes on the right. The course is open to the public, so please be respectful and aware of surroundings during the event.
