We'll have 3 heats based on expected pace limited to 35 runners each.
- Heat #1: Expected finish time under 21 minutes, 6:45 PM - 7:06 PM
- Heat #2: Expected finish time 21-30 minutes, 7:10 PM - 7:40 PM
- Heat #3: Expected finish time 31-40 minutes, 7:45 PM - 8:30 PM
All runners will receive a custom tech shirt. We aim to raise funds for our 2025 programs in partnership with Glenbeigh Hospital.
