About the Event
LoverGirl Run and Walk Club
Come join us for a fun and energizing run at 190 Balls Pond Rd. Lace up your sneakers, grab your water bottle, and get ready to hit the pavement with a group of like-minded individuals who share your love for running and walking.
Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting out, our club welcomes all levels of runners and walkers. We believe in supporting and encouraging each other to reach our fitness goals while having a great time, as well as making time to connect with our community.
We run a 5k around East London in 30 minutes, and our walks are approximately 3-4km in 60 minutes. Walks leave the LoverGirl studio at 9am and runs leave at 9.30am sharp.
