Experience a day of unity as we gather for the MLK Jr Freedom Run in Sacramento. The event celebrates Dr. King’s message of love and resilience while encouraging fitness and community involvement.

Event Overview

This run will sell out quickly, with limited waves available. If registration waves are full, you can opt for a virtual run or place yourself on a waitlist.

Timing and Tracking

• Timing is optional. You can track your time using an app and submit your results post-event.
• No timing chips will be provided; this is a stress-free run!

Race Timing

Waves will be scheduled as follows:

• Wave A: 7:30 AM
• Wave B: 8:00 AM
• Wave C: 8:30 AM

Virtual Run Option

• Join the virtual run from anywhere at your convenience.
• Submit results via email for a medal.
