The MMAD Swim is one of the safest swims, supported by over 100 water safety personnel throughout the day. There are multiple swim distances to suit all abilities:
- 200 metre Nipper swim
- 400 metre Novice swim
- 5km endurance swim
- 1.2km main swim event
