Calling all brave souls and daring spirits! Join us for Burnaby’s first-ever Halloween-themed race, the Monster Dash 5KM! This spine-chilling event is set to take place on Sunday, October 20th in Burnaby, BC, and costumes are highly encouraged. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a frightfully good time, the Monster Dash is the perfect way to get in the Halloween spirit.
New for 2024: Mini Monster Dash
This exciting addition is a 400-metre run designed especially for our little monsters. Perfect for our mini goblins, superheroes, ghosts, and creatures who want to participate and run the track in Swangard Stadium in a festive, fun, and safe environment. Costume is strongly encouraged.
Registration Package Includes:
- Custom souvenirs for all registered participants
- Goodie Bags for all the Mini Monster Dash participants
- Race bib with chip timing for the 5K
